Includes services necessary for traditional viewing, funeral service, 20-gauge metal non-protective casket for burial or use of Ceremonial Casket with alternative container for cremation, transportation to crematory or cemetery, first Texas death certificate and alternative container and utility urn for cremation. Includes Memorial Register Book, Memorial DVD, Online Tribute, and Memorial Brochures or Prayer Cards.

Immediate Cremation $ 850                                               Immediate Burial $ 2,500
No visitation, services or viewing. Removal must be from Harris County Hospital and weight of deceased under 250 pounds. Includes Removal, Refrigeration, Alternative Container or 20 Ga Metal casket for burial, and, transportation to crematory or cemetery, cremation fees, first Texas death certificate and transportation urn.

Remains weighing over 250 pounds or services outside Harris County additional charges.
Cemetery charges or requirements not included.

To better accommodate our Hospice clients, there is no additional charge for removals from a home for patients enrolled in Hospice Care.

We reduce our cost to you by lowering our overhead and providing you with an exceptional, personalized level of care and concern. Our family serving your family is our objective. Please feel free to call us concerning any needs or services you do not see listed here. We want to allow your celebration of the life of your loved ones to be memorable and appropriate to your needs. We welcome the inclusion of your pastor, social worker or other members of your support team in our arrangement conferences.

We will meet in our offices, your home, office, or other location for your arrangements. Visitation and Funeral can be in your church, our chapel or any location you desire. Please feel free to contact us with any special needs or funeral plans you might have.

Honorably discharged United States Veterans, spouses and dependent children will be provided by the Veterans Administration with burial site or columbarium for cremated remains, opening and closing, site for funeral service, grave liner, appropriate memorial for gravesite and for veterans, graveside military honors. Affinity Memorial Center is veteran owned and will provide the above arrangements at no additional charges.

We offer a full selection of caskets at www.affinitymemorial.com and will adjust value pricing for your casket selection. You can select tributes such as bagpipers, buglers, other musicians, butterfly release, balloon release, dove release and unlimited personal memorial expressions.
We can offer arrangements for shipping of remains or cremated remains to any location. Please contact us for special pricing to Latin America and Mexico.
These charges do not include additonal items such as privately owned cemetery space, opening an closing, and marker, escorts for a procession on public roads, minister or musician honorariums, death certificates, removals from outside Harris County. Most Harris County cemeteries require an outer burial enclosure, the cost of which is not included.

You may select any casket we have available for the additional cost of that casket. A different urn may be selected for the cost of that urn.

Veterans Services

Afinity Memorail Center is owned by Veterans and is honored to assist the family with making arrangements with the Veterans Administrtion for the honors due Veterans and their spouses at no additional charges to the Veterans family.

Houston National Cemetery will provide the use of a committal shelter or chapel for your service, the provision of a space for placing your loved one, and an appropriate marker for their grave.

The military branch in which your veteran served will provide a team to fold and present the national colors under which he served, and render taps as the tribute of  a proud and grateful nation.
